On this town house in Beckenham we were contracted to provide the following refurbishments:
New flat roof
Complete rewire
Kitchen Garage conversion
The ground floor had a small kitchen and small dining room which the customer wanted to extend into the garage area as well. We removed the wall and made a large kitchen Benchmarx free kitchen.
We plastered the walls and ceiling and installed kitchen as per the design. We installed a new radiator and tiled the floor in the kitchen and hallway. The garage needed a garage door build partition with wall insulated board and plaster insulate wall to next house. Also plaster insulate and screed the floor.
We installed a radiator and built a cupboard around electric and gas metres.
We laid vinyl click flooring then painted all walls ceiling and wood work for the hallway kitchen and garage area
