Full House Renovation Bromley

What we did

A customer reached out to Thatcher Builders through our website regarding a full refurbishment project at their property in Bromley.

After visiting the property and conducting a site inspection, I recommended involving my architect to create detailed drawings before starting the build.

Project Overview:

• Constructed a rear extension, including:
  • Supplying and installing rear sliding doors, two roof lights with electric blinds, a rear single door, and windows.
  • Completed all electrical and plumbing work, including installing a new boiler and using moling to upgrade the water supply and pressure.
  • Plastered walls and ceilings, and installed a kitchen, utility room, toilet, and office.

Additional Works Requested:

• Constructed a rear patio and installed a new bathroom.
• Rewired and replumbed the rest of the house.
• Built an en-suite for the main bedroom, including installing a new window.
• Fully painted the entire house.
• Hand-built bespoke cupboards for the living room and utility room.
• Fitted a fire surround, as well as all tiling and flooring throughout the property.
