What we did
Front extension and garage conversion project in Orpington:
For this project we excavated and constructed a reinforced concrete foundation and slab using the raft-style method. We then erected steel framework for extension support.
Next we upgraded the electrical system with a new fuse board and installed new plumbing. We then constructed the roof structure and covered with felt, incorporating two roof lights, two windows, and a new front door.
We built the utility rooms complete with sink, toilet, and cabinets.
Next stage was to install the kitchen according to the design and fit the radiators and flooring throughout.
All plastering was done by Thatcher Builders and we completed the project by fully painting all new areas.
