What we did

We were recommended to a customer in Beckenham who wanted a rear extension built on their house. We had our first meeting with the client who had drawings all ready for us.  We had the quote excepted and completed the works on schedule but client asked for underfloor heating which we incorporated into a new quote.

The project started with the foundations and then added the damp course.  Next we concreted the base and insulated the floor with underfloor heating connected to the boiler. We then screed the floor.

Next job was to alter the drainage and man hole Brick/block up to roof height. We installed steels for roof window,  installed roof joists insulation and ply then fiberglass the roof. We then fitted the roof window. Next we moved the boiler, installed the rear sliding doors and then opened up the rear wall of the house.

We completed the electrics, built partition walls for w/c and cupboard room & installed window in walk in cupboard room. We installed w/c and basin with towel rails in w/c and walk in cupboard room. Next we plasterboard the plaster and all walls and ceilings and decorated.

Outside we built rear steps and walls to side of steps for plants. We Rendered side external walls with brick feather, rear walls externally and internally. We fitted fascia and gutters, fitted soakaway in the rear garden to take the rain water windows and rear doors in alley

We dealt with building control from start on behalf of the client.
