What we did

The owners of a rental property in Croydon approached us to carry out a full replacement to their bathroom which had suffered extensive water damage.

We took out the bath basin towel towel rail w/c all tiles flooring and floor joists hired a dehumidifier to take out as much moisture as possible from the room. We renewed all pipes, floor joists and floor boards. Next we installed a new bath w/c towel rail and vanity unit. The bath screen was then fitted and new skirting boards and architrave.

We installed four down lights plus a mirror with light and shaver point. We fitted a new extractor fan and then tiled the walls.

Lastly we laid new vinyl flooring and painted the walls ceiling and woodwork.

As you can see from the images before and after it was quite a transformation.
