What we did
We were contacted by a property owner in Beckenham BR3 who wanted to renovate their flat. We met with the customer at their flat to discuss their ideas and see what we could achieve.
After everything was agreed we started work on the project. First we removed the old kitchen, bathroom, skirtings and all floorings. We carried out a complete rewire replacing all old the electrical wires etc.
We plastered all walls and ceilings and installed a new Howdens kitchen suite. Next we installed a new w/c toilet room & bathroom. We tiled these three rooms and cupboard floor for the washing machine and dryer. Tiles and bath suite were supplied from simply plumbing.
Lastly we laid wood flooring to all rooms and fitted new skirting. We then fully painted all rooms over the fresh plaster.
We can’t recommend Ray and the team enough. They’ve transformed a dreary, careworn flat into a modern and comfortable place to live.
