Structural Roof Repair in Bromley
What we did
Our customer based in Bromley called us after seeing our work on our Website. They had structural report issues with cracking due to concrete tiles and roof timbers support needing reinforcements. After surveying the affected areas and quoting for the job we started work soon after.
We removed all tiles, batten and felt we then strengthened the timber roof works as in the photos below. We supplied and fitted new felt,batten and lightweight roof tiles. Next we renewed all flashings and valley with new ridge tiles.
Thatcher Builders supplied scaffolding and cleared all rubbish.
