What we did
Our customer based in a town house in Sydenham contracted us to renovate their property. They required new wiring, a new wet room and 2 bathrooms.
All rooms were re-plastered and painted by Thatcher Builders. We removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room and fitted a new kitchen dig out. We dug a wine cellar in the kitchen and also fitted a pizza oven.
We repaired and matched wood panelling to match the existing fitted double doors in the kitchen leading to the rear garden.
The house was completely repainted internally.

Amazing job! Ray did a complete renovation of our 4 bedroom arts and crafts style property, which needed a lot of attention to detail and intricate work to retain and highlight the period detail. The work included 2 new bathrooms, carpentry on art and crafts wood panels, structural change to fit a new kitchen as the center of the house, refurbishing the fireplaces for fitting wood burning stoves, installation of bi-fold doors, a wood oven and a wine cellar. In addition they did a full rewiring, re-plumbing, painting and decorating.The workmanship was excellent, tidy, timely and great value.
