Garage Conversion in Chislehurst

What we did

Our client based in Chislehurst requested our services to renovation their old garage into a functioning room that they could use as a utility area.

To begin, we remove the pitched roof completely then brick up the walls to raise the height. We fitted two upvc doors and one window to the building. Next we run electric supply from the existing feed in the main house consumer unit and run in armoured cable. We then fitted light sockets & run cold water supply under ground for the washing machine. We ran waste pipes under ground connecting to existing pipes.

We made good to the crazy paving,  insulated and then screed the floor. Next we fitted new roof joist, insulated the fibreglass roofing system, timber framed the walls and insulated the plaster board walls and ceiling. Last we plastered walls and ceiling, lay underlay and laminate flooring, Fit skirtings.

Finally we painted all walls ceiling and woodwork.
